Meeting Objectives:

To engage stakeholders in shaping the vision, values and direction of travel - a radical vision that embraces social inclusion issues as well as treatment
To enable service users to contribute to the development of the service today and into the future
To share the findings from the diagnostic interviews
To agree with stakeholders what needs to be done to meet the gap of where the service is now and the vision - and provide a mandate for a future project
From the gap analysis to agree with stakeholders:
- the process for cultural transformation and leadership development
- metrics to measure progress
- the target audience for leadership development
- the benefits of developing service users leadership skills
Above all to achieve broad ownership and commitment to the process of development and change
