Agenda
Meeting Objectives:
- To engage stakeholders in shaping the vision, values and direction of travel - a radical vision that embraces social inclusion issues as well as treatment
- To enable service users to contribute to the development of the service today and into the future
- To share the findings from the diagnostic interviews
- To agree with stakeholders what needs to be done to meet the gap of where the service is now and the vision - and provide a mandate for a future project
- From the gap analysis to agree with stakeholders:
- the process for cultural transformation and leadership development
- metrics to measure progress
- the target audience for leadership development
- the benefits of developing service users leadership skills
- Above all to achieve broad ownership and commitment to the process of development and change
